Meeting processes are also evaluated utilizing an on-site evaluation tool, capturing highlights, challenges, overall impact, and applications.
In addition, The Clay Christensen Group conducts evaluation assessments capturing data on the relative strength of organizational operations in areas such as internal and external communications, conflict management, levels of trust and commitment and individual roles in the workplace.
